I always promised myself I would never promote the agency I work at on this blog or discuss any issues related to it but we are looking for good people to fill in some new vacancies and I know this is one place to find some. That, and I have published vacancies for Bren’ at Saatchi before so hey why not my own agency!

Anyhow, I’ll testify to the fact that Leo is a great place to work, with good people and good management…Rarely do you get an agency where an MD pops around every morning to ask everyone how they're doing and actually listens to their replies. Even rarer to find an agency where a balding regional executive creative director hits the beach with agency peasants like myself.
Genuinely good people here and a passion to do good work.

For those living abroad and want to trade in their umbrellas and tax forms for flip-flops, this post also extends to you.

For further propogation I’ve put up the above pics with some captions (click to enlarge) to give you a deeper look into the agency life and stuff you wont find on our website or in communicate magazine.

So here are positions:

Account Handlers

Junior
Executives
Managers
Supervisors

Creatives

Art Director
Senior Art Director/Associates
English Copywriters

For those interested or who know of anyone who would be contact rena.khawly@dubai.leoburnett.com who unlike most HR staff is a sweetheart.

But is the rumor true abou the fact that LB are crap payers and that there's never been a bonus dished out apart from the big boys?

crap payers, no, great payers, also no...Specifically when you're comparing it to the astronomical salaries of Promoseven.

As for the not giving bonuses part, not during my tenure, they always dished out bonuses.

Mate I think you’ll find the entire industry is filled with crap payers, I also think you’ll find the entire industry is filled with crap people…
Which basically means that on the other end of the spectrum, talent is going to get payed pretty f**king well…wherever they go.

As an ex Burnetter, I'd have to say they are the worst payers in town. Just look at their staff turnover.
All and all not a bad place to work, but remember why you are living in a dump like Dubai...it's for the money stupid! If not then you'd be better investing your time in a decent agency in a developed market!

You also might want to reconsider the industry ur in...maybe considering u r in a dump like dubai...might as well switch to oil or real estate?...maybe even a move to Saudi?

Imbecile...

and do us all, as well as yourself a favour, don't act like u actually have the choice of the west and opted not to go...cause you're currently all about the mint.
I'd bet, ur of beggar status even in a dump like dubai...

But hey, here's a fil for your thoughts...
